The Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), has been put in place to protect investors by introducing stricter compliance around how and what information is disclosed and remove some of the systemic risks alternative funds can pose to the economy.
If your fund operates under this directive and in order to comply with related regulatory obligations, we can act as your registered alternative investment fund manager (AIFM) and provide a platform for comprehensive third-party ManCo services to institutional investors, international fund promoters and investment managers.
