Supporting you with Wills and Estate Planning – planning for the future in your own way.
Understandably, it is difficult to think about passing away or talking to loved ones about what will happen when we die, but making a Will is vital and the first essential step when planning for the future.
Despite inevitable obstacles, we create personalised solutions to protect your family and your assets.
Our mission is to minimise the burden to enable you to enjoy the benefits of your wealth, protect your prosperity and interests of future generations.
A Will allows you to be certain that your assets will pass in the way you wish them to upon your death.
Without a Will, intestacy rules dictate how your assets will be distributed and this is often not as you would have wished or intended. Why let others decide something so important?
You should review your Will on a regular basis to ensure that it still reflects your wishes and takes into account changes to legislation or your circumstances. We are happy to help you with this, updating a Will where appropriate.
We also provide ZEDRA WillSafe Will storage which provides peace of mind that your documents are safe and secure until they are needed.
Our free consultation allows us to determine your requirements, wishes and assets either by telephone or during a face to face meeting, following which a fixed price quote will be provided for preparing your Will.
Your Will is then drafted by our qualified legal team.
