Simon Falla
Trust Manager, Incentives
Simon is a Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, holds the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management and BSC in Management with Trust and Estates from The University of Manchester.
Simon joined ZEDRA as a Trust Manager in the Incentives Team in 2023 and is responsible for a number of employer solutions for a large number of corporates, including employee benefit trusts, employee ownership trusts and nominee arrangements. Simon’s clients include companies on the London Stock Exchange as well as private companies with institutional shareholders.
Simon has spent over 12 years in the fiduciary industry and prior to Zedra worked at an independent trust company, where he gained experience working on a variety of private client structures.
