Nick joined ZEDRA in August 2021 with 15 years’ experience in offshore trust and company administration.
He is skilled in a wide range of structures, from traditional trust and company to partnerships and special purpose vehicles.
Nick’s experience includes working with a variety of asset types including commercial and residential real estate, securities, marine and aviation, artwork and trading/listed entities. He also has knowledge of various jurisdictions including the application of Common, Civil and Sharia Law.
