David van Duynhoven
Managing Director
David is a multi-accredited accountant who worked in private practice and in the multinational corporate sector in his native Canada, before relocating to the Cayman Islands.
David is the Managing Director of Zedra in the Cayman Islands. David has worked exclusively in the international administration and legal sectors in the Cayman Islands since 2010. Previous to this, David was the Senior Chief Financial Officer in the Portfolio of Finance in the Cayman Islands Government. David also serves as an independent director on fund structures, foundation companies and various other client structures.
David holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from the University of Ottawa, licences as a Chartered Professional Accountant (Nova Scotia, Canada), a Certified Public Accountant (New Hampshire, USA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (New York, USA). He is an Accredited Director with the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (Ottawa, Canada), a Registered Director with the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association and a member of the Cayman Islands Institute of Public Accountants.
