Carolyn provides full secretarial and administrative assistance to clients and members of the team including face to face, telephone, video calls and emails, as part of ZEDRA Legal Services.

Carolyn has worked in the legal profession for nearly 30 years, specialising in private client law in the Cheshire area. She provides full secretarial services for the department, ensuring that it is run smoothly and efficiently.

She is an essential part of the ZLS team, being responsible for effectively organising Solicitors within the department and allocating work to team members to meet the company’s output goals. Carolyn is also proficient in preparing simple Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney documents.
