Andrew has a particular interest in Private Equity Structures having been a Director of a London based Private Equity house.
Andrew was subsequently on the board of several investee companies across a range of sectors with particular emphasis on technology from food retail to nanotechnology innovation.
Andrew has 30 years of experience in the management of Client related structures located in international financial centres. He has gained particular expertise working with structures that utilize complex International Tax Treaties and tax efficient structures for UK resident non-domiciles.
Previously, Andrew was Director of a boutique international tax practice headquartered in London, spending time in its New York office where he worked with US based tax and legal specialists. Additionally, he has served as a non-executive Director of Asia’s largest mobile telecommunications company and an award winning film production company.
