We are excited to announce that ZEDRA UK has received regulatory approval from the FCA for its recent application to transfer from a Small Payment Institution to an Authorised Payment Institution.
This approval allows unlimited transaction values and enables us to continue providing timely, efficient escrow solutions without the previous restrictions.
Escrow services are increasingly being sought to reduce risk, provide certainty of funds and offer peace of mind to clients.
Due to changes driven by the Solicitors Regulatory Authority ZEDRA has seen an increasing number of enquiries to provide escrow services in transactions where historically the money would have been held on a solicitor’s client account.
