Client Support Administrator/Officer

At ZEDRA, you will be part of the Client Support team, playing a key role in ensuring that client due diligence (CDD) and compliance requirements are met throughout the entire client lifecycle.
In this position, you will work closely with client administration and new business teams, supporting them in reviewing client documentation, conducting due diligence, and maintaining accurate records. You will help ensure that all client information meets regulatory standards while contributing to effective risk management through screening checks and research.

Key Accountabilities
Client (Primary Focus)
- Undertake periodic and trigger event reviews for new and existing client entities.
- Ensure that review findings are concise, accurate, and clearly documented.
- Review CDD documentation received and assess the certifier where required.
- Demonstrate effective communication, ensuring objectives, initiatives, and key information are clearly cascaded.
- Undertake role-specific tasks to support the Client Support Senior Manager.
Risk
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of control documents, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Maintain a sound knowledge of key risks, as well as legal, regulatory, and AML obligations relevant to the business and their impact.
- Ensure a clear understanding of the organisation’s Risk Appetite Statement.
- Encourage a strong culture of compliance by building effective relationships across the business.
Commercial
- Accurately record time and ensure that timesheets are submitted promptly.
- Support Administration teams, enabling them to focus on managing client relationships.
Knowledge and Experience
Professional and Technical Experience
- 2–5 years’ experience in a similar support role.
- 2–5 years of trust administration experience.
- Proven track record within the offshore financial services industry, including experience in the administration of trust and company structures.
- Experience in implementing CDD policies and procedures, specifically in the review of client files.
- A strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and Proliferation Financing legislation, including applicable codes of practice, regulatory guidance, and industry best practice.
- Knowledge of company and trust regulation is essential.
- Familiarity with NavOne would be an advantage; however, training will be provided.

The successful candidate must be fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, which are critical to the role.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
The role holder is likely to be studying towards, or already hold, a relevant professional qualification such as STEP or ICSA (or equivalent).
