We are looking for Trust and Corporate Administrators at all levels to join ZEDRA.

The Senior Administrator will take direct administrative responsibility for a complex portfolio of trusts, companies and other wealth structures ensuring that first class service is provided to clients, intermediaries and stakeholders, in support of the Client Directors. The role holder will work to identify and mitigate risk across their span of control and to ensure high standards of client service. The Senior Administrator will promote ZEDRA and our business objectives, whilst driving morale by providing support and guidance (technical and otherwise) to their team.

 

 

Key Accountabilities

Client

The effective Senior Administrator will ensure that they deliver high quality service to all clients, intermediaries and stakeholders to ensure longevity of relationships, providing technical and other support to their team. They will interact directly with their clients as required and be responsible for client communication and the statutory maintenance of their portfolio. The Senior Administrator will support by identifying client needs and delivering upon opportunities to drive up levels of client service as well as seeking to identify new business opportunities. The role holder will ensure they deliver on client commitments to agreed deadlines and to a high standard.

Commercial

The Senior Administrator will achieve personal targets as set out for their role for time recording, utilisation and working capital management. They will support the Client Directors in understanding and acting upon the profitability of their client book by reviewing and controlling WIP, ensuring prompt collection of fees and highlighting revenue opportunities. They will support their team in coaching more junior colleagues to build understanding and familiarity with the working capital cycle and prompt collection of debts.

Knowledge and Experience

Professional and Technical Experience

The Senior Administrator will have significant industry experience and will demonstrate first class client service delivery against the needs and demands of high net worth clients. They will demonstrate excellent technical competency andability to impart that knowledge to others effectively, with a proven track record in technical and complex transactions for their clients. A Senior Administrator is expected to have a sound knowledge of current issues affecting structures and the clients for whom we act.

Academic and Professional Qualifications

The Senior Administrator is expected to hold or be studying towards a relevant professional qualification. Once qualified you will also be expected to maintain the relevant Continued Professional Development (CPD) hours in line with your relevant qualification.
