We’re looking for a client‑focused and detail‑driven Senior Corporate Officer to join our team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Department Manager, support key client relationships, and ensure smooth execution of corporate, governance, and compliance processes. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for clients, handle board and corporate documentation, coordinate regulatory filings, and support a variety of operational and transactional activities.

This position is a great fit for someone with solid corporate or fiduciary experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive mindset who enjoys working in an international, collaborative environment.

Key Accountabilities

Client Relationship Support

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients and external stakeholders.
  • Provide responsive and proactive client service, ensuring queries are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Support client retention through clear communication and compliance guidance.

Corporate Administration & Governance

  • Organize and prepare board meetings, draft resolutions, and maintain accurate records of minutes and legal documents.
  • Prepare and review corporate documents, including shareholder agreements and articles of association.
  • Communicate with Luxembourg authorities (e.g., RCS) to ensure timely filings and compliance with legal requirements.

Compliance & Regulatory Duties

  • Ensure all entities comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Customer) obligations.
  • Conduct periodic compliance reviews and maintain accurate regulatory data.
  • Assist clients with onboarding and exit processes, including preparation and review of required documentation.

Operational & Transaction Support

  • Support the Corporate Manager in overseeing onboarding, subscription, payment, and investment processes.
  • Work with internal teams and external service providers to prepare and review transaction-related documents.
  • Assist in executing financial transactions such as capital increases, distributions, and restructurings.

Business Support

  • Identify opportunities to add value for clients and contribute to revenue growth initiatives.

Knowledge and Experience

Professional and Technical Experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience in either corporate or fiduciary work and will demonstrate a high level of client service delivering against the needs and demands of their clients and the business.
  • The Corporate Officer is expected to have a good technical understanding of corporate client administration and an awareness of current issues that could affect their clients.

Client Relationships

  • The Corporate Officer will deliver high quality service to all clients, working with their team to ensure longevity of relationships.
  • Interact directly with clients and support the Client Director in identifying client needs and finding opportunities to improve client service and develop client relationships.
  • Make sure to meet client commitments on time and deliver work to a high standard.

Internal Relationships

  • The Corporate Officer will support the corporate services team in driving appropriate behaviour and taking action to ensure the team’s success.
  • They will work with the support teams within the business and build relationships with these teams both locally and across the wider group.

Language Skills

  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required, with a minimum conversational French, although fluency an advantage.
