We’re recruiting for an HR & Office Manager to join our Luxembourg City & Capellen offices (presence to be shared in both offices).

*Role is available as a full or part time position.

You will work closely with the Luxembourg businesses and the Group HR team, being involved in all matters of HR for our Luxembourg offices. You will provide guidance on all aspects of the employee experience including employee relations, career and performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, communications and MI data.

You will assist and/or oversee the recruitment, selection and onboarding of Luxembourg employees in ZEDRA. You will work with Group HR to develop and implement HR strategies that support the long-term goals of the company. In addition, you will also contribute to the development of internal policies and procedures, with the ability to get involved with projects on various business priorities. You will also manage a team of two part time HR administrators and a facilities manager.

This role requires a combination of HR expertise and business acumen to ensure that talent management, organisational development, and employee engagement are aligned with company objectives. You will collaborate with leadership teams, influence decision-making, and foster a positive organisational culture.

As HR & Office Manager, you will be a driven and solutions focused individual with a proactive approach to tasks.

Key Accountabilities

  • People Strategy – collaborate with local leadership to drive strategic initiatives that align with the business’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Talent Management and Development – Work with local leaders to implement personal development plans, identify critical talent, invest in their devilment, prepare and pro-actively manage local succession plans.
  • Employee Engagement – including working with leaders to drive strategies to foster a collaborative and inclusive culture, retain key people, and create a great place to work
  • Recruitment – Develop a pro-active workforce plan, identifying key talent and capability gaps, working with local leaders to build a positive profile for Zedra in Luxembourg, attracting the best talent in the market. Support pro-active induction for new joiners.
  • Employee Relations – Work with the local staff delegation to help meet the needs of local colleagues while also delivering our business priorities. Support pro-active performance management including objective setting, 121s, managing underperformance, disciplinary, joiners, movers and leavers.
  • Payroll and Benefits – Ensure timely and accurate management of payroll and benefit management. Work with local leaders to ensure the local proposition remains competitive, working with external providers to maintain and enhance the package while meeting local budget requirements.
  • Reporting and Data Management – Maintain the confidentiality and quality of colleague data. Work with local leaders to develop HR reporting for local boards to support oversight responsibilities and pro-active management plans to deliver our people priorities.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 5 years of HR experience within a professional services environment
  • Working understanding of employment and data protection legislation/regulations
  • Desirable to have HR data analysis and reporting experience
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and advanced Excel skills
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business/Management (University or Business Schools)
  • Ability to prioritise effectively, to deliver high standard of work to deadline
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to quickly assess and resolve problems with high level of initiative and a can do approach
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term goals with short-term operational needs
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to work across various teams and departments
  • Enthusiastic towards change and continuous improvement
  • Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, tact, diplomacy and discretion
  • Offer flexibility, adaptability, willingness to learn and to be involved in HR best practice
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal and external customers and work as part of a team
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and French
