Fiduciary Investment Support

Working as part of the Fiduciary Investment Services (FIS) team, you will work with Fiduciary Investment Specialists to support the ongoing monitoring of trust and company portfolios.
This will include overseeing the upload of data from appointed managers or custodians into our systems to enable detailed analysis of portfolio performance. You will provide support for the monitoring of investment managers for structures administered by the ZEDRA business.
Other duties will include the support of general administration across the team to ensure it meets service and client reporting expectations.
*Contract position for 9 months.
Key Accountabilities
- Be responsible for uploading and checking data in our monitoring software and will ensure a consistent approach is adopted in terms of monitoring and any recommendations for change or further investigation. The team operates a bespoke analytical review process and the role holder will work closely with the wider team in the monitoring and review of the outputs referring to Trust administrators as well as the investment managers to reach resolution.
- Actively participate in supporting the monitoring and reporting process including the engagement with our service providers as required, to deliver on our client reporting services or other services FIS provide. The role holder will ensure timely dispatch of the FIS reports.
- Record time spent on various activities and assist in the timely collection of billable time supporting the local office as required.
- Assist in meeting governance, controls and compliance requirements for the team.
- Develop an awareness of risk policies and build an understanding of how these are applied to client and business situations.
- Support and work collaboratively with their team members developing strong working relationships with their wider colleagues.
Knowledge and Experience
- Experience in data management
- Must have experience working with Microsoft Office products, in particular Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Highly numerate and with an interest in a career in the investments or fiduciary industry.
- Strong analytical skills
- Organisation skills
- A team player, self-motivated with a focus on continuous improvement
- Flexible and professional when working under time driven pressures
- Excellent prioritisation, time management and a ‘can-do’ attitude
