You’ll be the trusted point of contact for our clients — helping them navigate regulatory requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring they receive exceptional service at every stage. If you’re proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering high‑quality client experiences, you’ll find plenty of room to grow, lead, and shape how we support our clients.

Key Accountabilities

  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Serve as a trusted partner, proactively addressing client inquiries and providing solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to ensure they are informed about key updates, including regulatory changes, reporting timelines, and fund performance.
  • Coordinate periodic client meetings, both virtual and in-person, to discuss service delivery, performance metrics, and any necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure that all client-facing activities align with the company’s commitment to delivering world-class service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across teams locally and internationally to foster collaboration and alignment on client service goals.
  • Encourage open communication to ensure that ideas, challenges, and solutions are shared effectively within and between teams.
  • Collaborate to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the funds sector.
  • Participate in market research and networking activities to stay ahead of industry trends and client expectations.
  • Actively contribute to proposals and presentations for potential clients, showcasing the department’s strengths and capabilities.
  • Evaluate current workflows and processes to identify continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate and influence technology strategy, change management and implementation to streamline client service delivery.
  • Input into operational strategies to align with the company’s growth objectives and client demands.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Extensive experience in client management within the financial services or funds industry, with a focus on accounting, investor relations, and regulatory filings.
  • Strong knowledge of Cayman Islands regulations, including AML, AEOI (FATCA/CRS), Economic Substance, and Beneficial Ownership requirements, as they pertain to fund structures.
  • Proven track record in delivering exceptional client service, driving client satisfaction, and managing multiple complex client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across local and international offices.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a proactive and client-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting standards, compliance tools, and relevant accounting or fund administration software.
  • A university degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA or similar.
