Purpose of Role
The role has responsibility for the planning and managing of the Group and Holding Company audits, including the Group Consolidation plus working across the Group and with the auditors to ensure IFRS is applied appropriately.
The role is also responsible for driving Financial Control across the Zedra Group in conjunction with the Senior Finance Officer and Group Finance Director; ensuring inter-company positions are agreed, recharges are accounted for correctly and in line with the transfer pricing methodology.
Key areas of focus will be the development of client intangibles calculations for new acquisitions, performing impairment reviews of existing acquisitions, developing debt provisioning methodology in compliance with IFRS 9 and the subsequent automation of these processes using the Adaptive system.
The position requires close collaboration with and the provision of guidance to the finance teams across the Zedra Group.
