The role is responsible, to all businesses in Jersey and Guernsey, for maximising the return on financial policies, procedures, controls and reporting systems. Key areas of focus will be audit, financial MI to support business and strategic decisions and budget management (preparation, ongoing rigour and challenge). The position ensures legal and regulatory compliance for all accounting, financial & regulatory financial reporting functions. The role also oversees cost management and general accounting, debt collection, work in progress and financial risk management, working alongside the Jersey and Guernsey Managing Directors & Group CFO.
