The successful candidate will use technical and organisational skills to identify possibilities for improvement within the business structure and implement systematic solutions. Through observation of company practice the Business Systems Analyst will determine what both individuals and departments can do to be more effective.
The role holder will possess knowledge that encompasses accounting, information technology and software. The Business Systems Analyst will also be responsible for translating the user's needs into technicalities that can be implemented into improving the company while also acting as a filter in determining what is truly needed on both ends (consumer and producer).
