Assistant Trust Administrator

The Assistant Administrator will effect banking instructions with supervision, construct basic written communications and liaise and communicate with their team on client instructions.
You will alert your team and management to any problems, be aware and meet utilisation targets, have a basic understanding of the computer systems used by ZEDRA, maintain enthusiasm and a confident mature attitude.
As Assistant Administrator, you will develop an organised approach to work flows and time management and will be responsible for supporting your team in day to day fiduciary activity.
Key Accountabilities
As Assistant Administrator, you will ensure that you deliver and support your team in delivering high quality service to all clients, working with the business, the Directors and intermediaries to ensure longevity of relationships. You will be required to prepare any other documentation required for the administration of client structures under the supervision and direction of team members. As Assistant Administrator, you will not be expected to manage client relationships however will be involved with supporting team members in their management of client relationships and the administrative work that is required including relevant bookkeeping and accounting, and will be able to interact with clients in line with ZEDRA standards.
Knowledge and Experience
The successful applicant will develop experience within the fiduciary field and will demonstrate strong work ethic and a desire to learn. They will demonstrate ambition to develop a base level of technical competency and build on the skills learnt through their education to date.
The Assistant Administrator is expected to study towards a relevant professional qualification. Once qualified you will also be expected to maintain the relevant Continued Professional Development (CPD) hours in line with your relevant qualification.
