The Assistant Manager, Corporate Services at ZEDRA is responsible for supporting company secretarial and corporate administration tasks for Hong Kong and offshore entities. This includes maintaining statutory records, preparing filings and corporate documents, liaising with clients and authorities, and ensuring regulatory compliance—all within a dynamic, growth-oriented team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling company secretarial matters for Hong Kong and offshore companies, including incorporations, annual returns, and statutory filings.
  • Maintain accurate statutory records and ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare board resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documents under supervision.
  • Liaise with clients, government authorities, and internal teams to coordinate tasks and resolve queries.
  • Support billing processes, debtor follow-up, and other administrative functions.
  • Contribute to team projects and process improvements as required.

Qualification and Experience

Education & Professional Membership

  • Degree holder in Corporate Governance, Law, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Student or Associate member of HKCGI / CGI preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in company secretarial or corporate services, preferably in professional services firms or law firms.
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and basic knowledge of offshore jurisdictions.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with corporate secretarial software (e.g., ViewPoint) is an advantage.
